People are always arguing over which mountain is the best, hardest, most beautiful etc. Many peaks can be considered amongst the world’s most difficult and dangerous. These are mountains that are considered to be the most dangerous in the world.

The Queen Elizabeth II has opened the greatest sports spectacle on earth for the second time in her reign.

Ceremony started with the ringing of a giant bell by cycling hero Wiggins, who last weekend became the first Briton to win the Tour de France. Departing from the tradition to choose a gold medal winner to light the flame, the London organizers handed the honor to seven youngsters nominated by British Olympic heroes of the past. Baumgartner is an extreme sportsman and a parachutist from Austria, who has completed all kinds of dangerous and newsworthy stunts over his 43 years.

The test jump took place on Wednesday over Roswell, New Mexico. The Economist Intelligence Unit published the latest annual ranking of the most liveable cities in the world. 30 factors such as stability, health care, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure influenced on the ranking score. The top ten cities occupy almost the same positions as last year.

Gardens by the Bay in Singapore

Gardens by the Bay is now official open to public. This amazing and beautiful area is located on reclaimed land in Singapore’s new downtown at Marina Bay.

Three main garden areas join together to form the larger Gardens by the Bay area. They include Bay South, Bay East, and Bay Central. The whole plan has an intelligent environmental infrastructure, allowing endangered plants, which could not normally grow in Singapore to flourish.

The Rolling Stones marks 50 years on stage launching a photographic exhibition on Thursday.

First time Mick Jagger, Keith Richards Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts performed under the band name playing The Marquee Club in London on July 12, 1962. They took a name from a song by bluesman Muddy Waters, they were billed as “The Rollin’ Stones” —the ‘g’ came later. The group launch a retrospective photographic exhibition at London’s Somerset House marking 50th anniversary. The Stones have sold more than 200 million records.

According to the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS), Ivory Coast international Didier Drogba, the Chelsea forward, was named top scorer of the 21st century. Roger Federer Gets Seventh Wimbledon Win

His win puts him back on top of the world.

Roger Federer defeated No. 1 seed Novak Djokovic in the semifinals and then Andy Murray in the finals to win his seventh career Wimbledon title. Two months short of his 31st birthday, Federer is back on top of the world again, with 17 grand slam titles to his name.
